Giant Community Center, Camp Hill. Come watch a short video and several slides on the White Cliffs on Conoy, close to Harrisburg along the Susquehanna River. Not as dramatic as Dover Cliffs in England, but our own local cliffs are leftovers from a limestone and dolomite quarry. Members that have visited are welcome to share their experiences.

Historic Antietam. One of the club‘s favorite annual paddles. Meet up at Devil‘s Backbone Park at 18934 Lappan‘s Rd. Boonsboro, MD. Nice section with some riffs and rapids and plenty of flat water. Bring lunch, we stop halfway for respite. Maybe we will get lucky and Copper [riverside dog] will swim along with the group again this year. Going a bit further this year, take-out will be at the mouth of the Potomac. Approximate paddle time 4.5 hours. Call Michelle to RSVP 585-397-8597.
