The Saturday paddle has been moved to Sunday due to the high winds expected for tomorrow. We will be on the Yellow Breeches starting at the United Water PA Dam at 1560 Slate Hill Rd Camp Hill PA. The Takeout is at the New Cumberland Borough Park at 517 Front St New Cumberland PA. There are no bathrooms at the Put In but there are bathrooms at the Takeout. The paddle is 7 miles and will take between 3-4 hours depending on stops including for lunch. There are some trees to navigate around. Meet at 10:00. Pack water, lunch, PFD, and sun protection and a boat that you don't mind scraping some rocks with. We will stop for lunch about 1 hour after we launch. When we shuttle to New Cumberland park, place your vehicle farthest away from the entrance so you are close to the water. If you want to use the concrete boat launch use the entrance that bears right and continue straight passing the ball fields and playground. I hope you can join us. The weather should be about perfect.
